Easy Ordering Guide
It’s easy to order from Icon Emblem! Here’s a quick overview of the ordering process:
1. Contact Us!
Contact Icon Emblem by filling out the form on this page, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling or texting us at (773) 938-6333.
2.Your Custom Order Strategy:
Your emblem design representative will apply his or her expertise to clarify your needs and devise a custom order strategy for your emblem order.
Your order strategy will include pricing, design details, payment options, and a delivery timeframe. Please be sure to let your designer aware of any rapidly approaching deadlines.
We strive for 100% on-time delivery. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!
3. The Design Stage:
When you’re ready to order, contact your representative to approve your order strategy and to give your approval to proceed. Feel free to suggest changes to your order if you need to change the size or any other aspects of the design.
We’re happy to work with you in this stage of the process until we come up with a winning solution.
4. Approve Your Sample:
A few days after you approve your order strategy and place the order, your design representative will email you a scan of a sample we’ve created prior to the production of your full order. This is your chance to step in, request any design tweaks, and give your final approval of the design.
While we are happy to make minor alterations at this stage, please note that major design changes may incur additional charges and will likely delay production by one or more days.
5. Production & Delivery: Normal delivery time, from order strategy approval to our shipment to you, is 2-3 weeks.
